Make Food Not War

This video, with italian slides, contains larges exerpts of the movie Plankton of the world, presented by Océanopolis and the Fundation Charles Léopold Mayer and of the video of La Voie Bleue, produced during the launch of Alg&You, the start up which develops the phytotière.

From the second Eating City summer campus, young citizens of several countries in the European and Mediterranean area address a message to the Italian PM Matteo Renzi, actual president of EU Council, on the future of our Food Systems.

23 participants from several mediterranean countries are brought together to share a new vision of the agri-food supply chain. The purpose is to storm and shift the paradigm of our daily Food System: FROM COMMODITIES TO COMMON GOODS.

This video is a testimonial of the first day of campus according to the experience of the participants. They properly express the importance of the lectures and objectives that are being explained. In here you can also watch the 23 traditional food coming from all over the mediterranean.
