The Eating City Summer Campus is currently in its 5th year.

In the truly inspiring location of the Bergerie de Villarceaux, near to Paris, 30 young professionals aged 22-32 spent more than a week together learning and sharing their ideas to shift the current food system paradigm leading to a written “declaration” aimed at alerting stakeholders across the whole food system.  “This declaration is a call to action. Critical collaborations, opportunities, and issues are needed to reduce the environmental impact of food, improve food business practices, and increase nutritional consumption.”
