The ISEKI-Food Association (European Association for Integrating Food Science and Engineering Knowledge Into the Food Chain) and the University of Hohenheim are organising the 5th International ISEKI_Food Conference (ISEKI_Food 2018) to be held in Stuttgart, University of Hohenheim, Germany, on 3 – 5 July 2018.
We at Eating City believe that Higher Education & Research Institutions can, and must play their role in promoting a spirit of innovation and encouraging a sense of responsibility in the transition towards Sustainable Food Systems.
As Eating City’s mission and activities are an excellent compliment for teaching and research activities in Agriculture and Food Science, we will be participating in a workshop to present the annual Eating City “Summer Campus” event and also other initiatives in order to nurture a culture of active engagement to strengthen our food systems and sustain our communities.
