Yvonne Faber is one of the coordinators of the international Slow Food Youth Network. A year ago she walked into the offices of the Youth Food Movement and never left. Through her work at a Slow Food restaurant in Amsterdam she became aware of the ideals of Slow Food. These made her willing to learn more and more about the foodsystem. After organizing several events for the Youth Food Movement she became the coordinator of the SFYN. Besides her job as a coordinator she is finishing her bachelor degree in philosophy.
